Emma, you're making many of us envious! We often write about "love" but few of us can describe it the way you did. It's refreshing to read and learn from a 12-year old what "love" is.

What is love?
Someone once wrote, "Love is a many splendored thing".
But for a young writer like yourself, having such a wonderful way expressing yourself in words that even ol' geezers like me (okay, and Bob too, Mature Gent, BParham or ScottB, but they may not like me calling them golden oldies :-) may not be able to define the question properly. And (I'm sure), at our more advanced stage in our love life, we've gone through that cycle of love many times in the past. But do we really know what it means?
I'd read your other articles and your writing has an innocent warmth, ... simply a breath of fresh air.

Hey taylorswift!
I like that you ask so many questions in this piece. I like your similies and metaphors.
