The Writers' Circle

You will probably have noticed that you can say how much you like a submission to The Writers Circle, and that this is reflected in that submission's Kudos.

Every time a visitor clicks to say they like an article its Kudos goes up.

I want to re-assure everyone submitting articles to The Writers Circle that Kudos should very much be taken 'with a pinch of salt'.

It doesn't really matter unless you want to win the montly competition! Just enjoy writing for the sake of writing; and enjoy submitting your articles for everyone to read. Be assured that there's somebody out there who will enjoy reading your work regardless of what its supposed Kudos is!

We ask visitors to / authors on this site not to vote for their friends, their spouses and so on, and to skew the way votes are counted. There is no electronic mechanism to stop that :) but it is a little unethical!
