The Writers' Circle

I believe that words are like containers and hold immense power to wield either good or harm in this world. I  love wordsmithing, have a very positive disposition and a rather active imagination. I live in a beautiful location by the sea and have a full time job as a nurse consultant running a medico-legal program called Respecting Patient Choices for a public health service . I have two beautiful rag doll pussies called Cleo and Leo and a sixteen year old son who is funny, highly intelligent and just a bit cheeky. I have written poems and songs since I was sixteen and love improvising on the piano. A couple of years ago the seed of an idea for a fantasy novel was lit. Ever since I've had a deep seated desire in my soul to write it but the timing was wrong. Now is the time. This is the beginning of a new exciting chapter in my life. Let the journey begin. I sure am glad to be able to share it with like minded fellow wordsmiths who have their own creative flames to burn!
