I am a 37 year old man, happily married with no children yet. I recently moved from South Africa to Mozambique to take over a carpentry conract with a major delveloper. I own a handyman services and wooden deck building company in South Africa, am a travelling pastor and Bible teacher. My area of expertise is the creation versus evelution debate as well as philosophy. I am a silent partner in a handyman academy business. I am the author of all the study material for the courses the academy offers.
I recently discovered the absolute joy of writing, and would love o fill my days wih creating new worlds and characters. I find writing o be extremely fulfilling. At this point in time it is hard for me to imagine anyone suffering from writers block. I am overflowing with new ideas, but let me rather stay humble and pray that I never have to sruggle with that beast.
I love fantasy and science fiction, although I am not bound to them. Any good sory that grabs my attenion is good for me. I like end of the world type movies, superhero movies and sci-fi. If a good documentary about ancient civilisations is available I am right there.
My hobbies are sword crafting, writing, hiking, website design, and woodcraft. To get away from it all there is nothing better than a good book in a hammock under the shade of two huge trees. Alternatively if it is stress or anger I am trying to get rid of, I practice the 'Bo staff', which is the wooden stick used in kung fu martial arts.
I like any kind of music, but if I had to make a choice of music it would have to be Oliver Shanti, which is a mixed compilation of the red indian and modern classical music.
My dreams are to have children, have my companies functioning successfully wihout my intervention, being able to stay at home, write books and see my kids grow up. If this seems out there it is. That is what dreams have to be, right. To come back to earth, my goals are to retire at age 45. I want to own a house on the beach. I want to have my novels published on a regular basis. I want to organise my life to be as free from unnecessary stress as possible. I want to travel the world. I want to get my doctors degree in theology and philosophy, and like most of us I want ot be financially free. I know it is not the right word to use, but this is exactly what I mean. I want to be free of the chase of finances.
