This is what Haiku is all about. Beautiful words, the right subject; perfection! People generally think of Haiku as just 5-7-5, but it's the content that counts, no pun intended. True Japanese Haiku is nature and this is great.

Actually, I'm just describing a specific sight I saw while driving: a line of small, slender trees with really delicate branches that had such a thick layer of snow on them, that it looked like the snow was the tree and the branches were only shadows.

A lovely snap-shot with the word 'hugging' adding a touch of emotion to the scene.  I must admit haiku's arent my favourite I cant get over the counting the syllables thing! but this is good well done.

In so little words, you can create such a vivid, beautiful picture in somebody's head!
