The Weather

We weather the weather whatever the weather
Whether we like it or not
Whether it's fine, or whether it's rain
We know it's the weather we've got.

If at the end of your tether in horrible weather
And your shoes are of leather, which leak
Don't strip altogether, you'll need a large feather
For at your nether-end strangers might peek.

Oh my gosh, this really made me laugh! And at a particularly opportune time, too: I was just glumly contemplating Sunday's forecast - rain. I'll take it in stride now. Thanks!

Keep writing! ;)

I loved this. It was fun to read. I read through it a few times just to hear myself read it out loud.

I read it again as I was posting this!

I hope it rains today. ^_^ I'll read it again.
