Report to a moderator

looking down, the ground so far away
precariously balanced no fear of falling
only our toes the thin wire touching 
on far away points we stay connected  

graceful arcs we trace alone
bodies entwined though never known
moments grasped with hungry eyes
destined souls through life survive

this beautiful circus we call love 
tempting fate, scorning chance
whirls and twirls our hearts perform
deep within this three ring world

Yes!... great imagery... perfect, poignant metaphor of love as a high-wire act!   But I find it a bit difficult to visualize the second stanza... i'ts probably just me.

Excellent use of metaphor in this very finely penned poem. Poignant in content and so tenderly expressed through excellent word choice and vivid pictorial grandeur. I have enjoyed reading this skilled write very much. Thank you for sharing. Blessings....
