Um, hi by laughingkat27

I guess I've wanted to be a writer since I knew what it was. I can't remember a specific time I knew I wanted to be one, I just knew. I am young so my work isn't going to be polished, amazing brilliance just yet. I just want to be able to actually get some feedback on my work. I've tried putting up some things I have written on other websites and no one has really responded to it.
I am very into fantasy but I enjoy all sorts of books, especially detective novels. I would love to be able to write one myself someday.
Apart from being an aspiring writer, I also like making films and am thinking about starting to write scripts. I wonder if you can post scripts here. Is it more of a short story/novel/poetry thing? Oh well. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
I'm a shy (sometimes painfully so) quiet person so I don't take well to people being angry at me so please don't be too harsh on me when I publish my stories.
I have no idea how much I should write so I should probably leave it there. Thanks for reading.
