"Man proposes: God disposes". Iram, I appreciate the theme of this piece and you executed it with emotion and styler. Very good work!
If I may nickpick, in the last stanza, "And animals alike" seems a bit out of place. Animals don't make plans, do they? Is that line needed?

Thank you so much, its proper sweet of you.
I believe that animals like us humans make plans for their future too. Maybe not plans about what they are going to do for the rest of their lives but they make plans about certain events in their lives, like a female penguin looks after and cares for its unborn child. A penguin couple travels such long distances so the mother can give birth and the child can be safe. The father penguin then travels double the length again so he can get the food he had stored for the mother and new born penguin.

Very well written it tells a story from the begining to 'best laid plans' which we all have done and maybe achieved, some not, as for the animals they seem to have a scheme ll of their own. Good work.

Good poem, but some lines are too long and stanzas are not uniform.

I'm still working on that.
