Long distance love The distance sorrows my heart Longing is constantly mine With family so far away Brings a need for steel from within There's no touch to cover the words A glance can not be given No quick chats facing each other Or visits of coffee and news The baby sleeps without my observance He grows quickly Is it bicycle or books For favourites are unknown to me The stuttering technology frustrates Trying to enter their world precious moments are lost and pictures of their life not seen One day the miles will surrender They'll fill the endless void Gladness with flow from our eyes And be encircled with loving arms There isn't a day or an hour Their presence is not on my mind Happiness is all that's important Theirs and mine and ours
This is emotional, deep and moving. Very good!
