Why should some die, while others live?
Why do some live on the streets, while others have anything and everything they want?
Why is it that some will never be able to move their legs, while others are making millions playing professional football?
Why are some born dead, and others only care about being skinny enough to model?
Why do some have to endure hours of chemotherapy, only to have their cancer come back, while others only care about having the biggest, the best house on the block?

Why?
I ask you, why?
Why is the world like this?
Why do some cry because they have not eaten for days, yet other wail because they have a bad haircut?
Why?
Why do some live and endure horrible pain, only to die, and others have everything and take their lives for granted?
Why?
Why?
Why.

This is really good Audrey. We do take alot of things for granted, and this poem really got me thinking
about that.

Thanks. I wanted to get people thinking about the fact that we are not all as fortunate.

An evocative poem Audrey, it would be really interesting to see what your answer to your own questions
would be.

Its nice to know that not all young people are glued to their damned Wii sport etc (detestable things)
and that you are interested in some of the real issues that pockmark the beauty of humanity: issues that
far too many people are ignorant of.

Great work
