Nurture the LOVE

everytime i hit rock bottom
i always try to convince myself
that the cloud has a silver lining
and the silver lining of my cloud
is much bigger than the cloud itself.

everytime i hit rock bottom
i always try to think about myself
and check what lies in front of me
and focus on the positive patterns
and not be afraid to step forward.

everytime i hit rock bottom
i always think about my loved ones
to inspire me, to light up my life
like the thought of you and your love
gives me that push to have a hit show.

whatever happens, my love will live
to stand by you and be with you
however chaotic the scenario will be
as long as we always nurture our love
the burden will be less, WE WILL WIN!

Possum,

... and everytime you hit rock bottom, just think of your caring writers circle family and some who would tease you (okay maybe just me and to some extent, M n m n I :-) and harass you as a term of endearment.

But the positive thing is, when you're down, the only way is up :-)

Nice poem.

my type of poem we all have lows and need the love and support
but most of all we need the positive to come from within ourselves you have captured this positve.

Just remember when refering to you as in i it shouldbe I a capital letter. a very miner point.

Possum, very inspirational. Think a lot of people can relate to this including myself. You can overcome the sadness by being positive.
Keep writing. I like your style. From libran88

We all have our ups and downs, Prince, but as long as we think about the caring people around us, and persevere to stay positive, then we will win.

I don't know if most women are like you, possum
You seem to be one who'd still be there when times are thin
And in the end it's still about what love is
What if every time your man hit rock bottom?

Good work

Nothing is impossible specially in love, Evita. As long as you're honest with yourself and you nurture the love that you feel, then your time will come and you will win. I always say, don't let anything shatter your dreams for there's always a brighter morn. Just wait and it will come.

What if every time my man hit rock bottom?
I will be there for him for all seasons
I'll be his light and strength to overcome any hurdle
He'll never ever have to walk alone
for I'll always be there to walk with him.

Wow, how sweet, Possum. I think I will be like that too, although I will encourage him to rise whenever he falls. I'll be there to give strength.

Believe in love, believe in your love, and believe in the strength your love can bring. This will help you tackle all the hurdles without you knowing. Thanks, Evita.
