Simplification of Literature

Sorry about the big words in the title.

Following the recent debate about simplification, you may be interested to know that I have just finished my "Marques de Sade colouring in book"
I have had rave reviews including:
"Why is that man playing piggy back with that lady" From my nephew Brian
and
"Dear Mr Churchmouse, we notice that your account is overdrawn" From the HSBC bank.
I thought that I would build on this success, and have started on my "Wuthering Heights dot to dot book"
I have explained it all to my dog, and I think I may have a best seller on my hands, but would welcome the comments of others.

Love and kisses Churchmouse.

Wow, Churchmouse, these rave reviews are something to dream of. Who needs New York Times? :-)

I tried my book with my dog Spotty, as well, and after a lengthy explanation, he looked at me, he looked down, then he looked around the room, he looked up, squinted his eyes, closed one eye, closed the other, and heaved a heavy sigh.
"Well?" I asked, as I couldn't hold the suspense any longer.
He finally let out his review with another deep sigh.
"Rough!"

Good luck on your coloring book.

Cheers,

Grampa

Where will we see these stories? I'll be happy to read them.

I don't think that they will ever be published Evita, but thank you for your kind words.
Incidentally, I thought that your piece Amistad Nuevo was very thoughtful. Hopefully we can now all get on with our writing rather than other things.
