Midnight Storm (Edited and Extended)

The moon pours through my window
Creating a pleasent, soft glow
Till suddenly the sky is filled with clouds
The moon's light no longer shows

Thunder bangs
Now I'm wide awake
Angels are bowling above

Lightening flashes
I can't fall asleep
But the storm crashes
It dies to ashes

Rain still drums against the walls around me
Spreading the with world tender peace
Taking away the pain the storm made
Giving me sleep and sweet dreams
