That's your hand in his.
That's your waist his arm is wrapped around.
That's your hair he's playing with.
That's you he's sitting across the table from.
You're not dreaming.
That's your house he's going to at 3am just because he missed you.
That's you he's kissing in the rain.
That's you he's introducing to his friends.
That's you he keeps calling every hour.
You're not dreaming.
That's him with his hand in hers.
That's him with his arm around her waist.
That's him playing with her hair.
That's him sitting across the table from her.
You're not dreaming.
That's him at her house at 3am.
That's him kissing her in the rain.
That's him introducing her to his friends.
That's him calling her every hour.
You're not dreaming,
but you wish you were.

This is a nice poem about love and its intricacies.
It reminds me of Kenny Nolan's one-hit-wonder song "I like Dreaming" . . . the chorus goes like
this . . .
I like dreamin' cause dreamin' can make you mine.
I like dreamin', closing my eyes and feeling fine.
When the lights go down, I'm holding you so tight.
Got you in my arms and it's paradise 'til the morning light.
