Computers, PCs, iphones, Ipad, Cell phones etc. those are the things make our body parts failing because they can do just few clicks, activities and transactions are all done. Physically activities minimise.
Spending hours and hours in the room with those things instead of enjoying air breeze outside good for our health.
Yes, those things conquer our life without healthy lifestyle.
And it is not too late, we have our freedom to have a balance lifestyle, it is base on our own choice/choices.
This poetry has a special touch from my heart, because , everytime I have successful restart with my PC, I always tell myself, I hope most of our lives have this kind of functions if we are down and full of sorrows (PC cannot run few programs or dynamic link library corruption), we can also RESTART our daily life and have a fresh new day,
