The Writers' Circle

"Okay, children, we have two new students, both girls, and they're twins!" Miss Boom grinned, bouncing around the room as usual, her soft black hair not getting a moments rest. She had one of the twins under each arm, and they both looked exactly alike. They both had long, straight golden hair, slightly tanned faces, and they both had a very serious look in their faces, it was like seeing double. The only seats available were the ones either side of me, mainly because I am not very popular,
"Alright girls, go and sit with Sarah, she can look after you," she led them to the seats next to me. One of the twins started to talk, her voice was soft, but had a hint of danger,
"I'm Beth, thats Amy. Can we be friends?" I nodded in reply, the danger in her voice made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day.

When the bell went for morning break, I almost jumped out of my seat because I was so happy to get away from the creepy twins. When I got onto the school field, the twins followed me, and Miss Boom told me to show them around. Great. I was surprised when Amy spoke up and asked me,
"Me and Beth want you to come over to our house tonight, our mum wont mind," 
"Well, alright, but wait here while I phone my mum, okay?" I replied, they both nodded, and obediently stood still.

"You must be Sarah, I'm Mrs Flenny, Beth and Amy's mum, call me Charlotte," Mrs Flenny said, reaching out to shake my hand. I looked around the dark living room, the curtains were torn, and yellow with age, the whole room was painted gray, and everything in the room was either gray, white or black. Beth suggested that we should all go upstairs and play until dinner was ready. I happily agreed, hoping that their room would be a little more... cheerful.

Everything was white or pink. Although the white was like the curtains downstairs, yellowed with age, and the pink was faded, it was deffinately pink and white,
"We should play cops and robbers, it's a really fun game," Beth suggested, Amy agreed so I had no choice. 

We had been running around for about ten minuets when I was grabbed by both arms and tied down. This deffinately wasn't anything like what I normally play. The twins looked at each other and grinned. Then in a very disturbing voice, they both said,
"I think it's time for dinner," I know twins talk in unison in films, but this seemed creepily rehearsed.

Beth reached under her bed and brought out two knives. My heart almost stopped. They both came closer, closer...

"Sarah! Wake up, it's time for school!" My mum yelled from the bottom of the stairs, it took me a few moments to realise that it had all been a dream. I walked over to my closet and got pulled in by three pairs of cold hands,
"Where were we?" three soft, but dangerous voices asked. My screams were never heard...

"Sarah, come on!" My mum yelled, and walked into my room. My body was laying on the floor, cold and lifeless. Two knives were in my neck, pinning me down. Written on my wall, in my blood was:
