A poem about poetry

Poetic

Words weaving down the page
My thoughts easily read
In front of you
Stories, prose
No need to make up emotion
My pen calls upon the muse within
Gives all the power to understand
My view so varied.
The words inside I never spoke
They travel farther than I
From friend to friend
I may never see.

I am a poet and writer (really?) who has yet to be published. I also have many other hobbies but above all I want to write books that help people.
