Damned Fool...xxx

I don't think I like you anymore.
Respect?...
feels like it ran out the door,
while I watch my temple crash down to the floor,
I don't think I like you anymore.
Alright, I know how it was meant to be,
but,
It seems like you made a Mockary of Me,
and that's not how it was supposed to be.
Giving to other's-so freely
directly,
dis-respectfully
in front of me.
Nah, It's not my business
(but it was...in my head),
spiritually you made me feel... dead,
drained.
So my crown, turned to a frown,
and what goes around
will come straight back around
and you will feel what it is like,
to have no right to make a sound.
I was humble.
But you?
You?
Your emotional jumble was on sale.
Remember when you said that some paths will entwine?
Then tell me, why did I feel like your,
Concubine?
I, another victim of a Siren's Call,
the submission was a lesson
and you were the school,
I passed with a degree in,
Damned Fool..x

I'm no poetry expert, but I really enjoyed that. Could feel your passion coming off the page (or more precisely screen!), every line packed with emotion. Made me glad I wasn't the person your referring to in the poem!
(Just one pedantic point, mockery is spelt with an 'e' not an 'a' I think, forgive me if this was some deliberate, artisitic miss spelling.

I can't even remember writing this poem, it all came out in one go!,

Hey blackrose,

Brilliant work once again. Love your work so much.

One minor correction: 'mockary' should be 'mockery' on line 8.

Very emotional poem though.

Well done.

You're more than welcome. I'd never give people praise that they didn't deserve.

Keep it up.
