There you stand in all your beauty
Yet, you are not really here
Just a vision, a ghost from the past
As you reach out and touch my face
I can feel you, touch me
Yet, your lips do not move
And I hear every word that you speak
Why have you chosen me
I am no one special, just a common man
Yet, I feel a bond between us
As if we had met before, long ago in time
Though your beauty, I could not forget
Were we once in love, Together, you and I
How could this be.
And as she silently fades away
I ask myself
Can the power of love, be that strong

i totally love your poem. i just love to read love poems because it makes you feel all special. there aren' many powerful love poems out there but i think yours is great. i am like a total fan of yours now. i would love to read your book about your illness. i was hoping if you could post the first chapter or something o nthe website. 
i would love it if you could read some of my work and give me some feedback. i haven't been writing for a long time( mainly because i'm only 16) but i love writing poems and i think that you can may be help me improve my writing. please.
