I liked it except for the last sentence. That is because I didn't understand the concept of "cook all of your tea". Tea isn't cooked. Therefore, it looked like you were just trying to find a word that rhymed (tea) with three and tree without making sure the use of the word was correct (cooking tea). Maybe if you had said "and have to boil or make all of your tea" that would have been more applicable. However, I think you were on the right track and it did flow well.

I think it's a great Limmerick.As for the concept of cooking tea .In Scotland 'tea' can refer to the third meal in the day .We can say breakfast , dinner , tea.
So it makes perfect sense to me. In fact I'm off to cook my tea right now ! Keep up the good work.

IT made me reminisce my own father...he was a dictator but with a heart...I can not imagine him in that tree...Well! my mom would never be in that tree, she is too big to be there...
