The man with the plan, stares at you
Thinking at you, the opponent to seek
Makes you feel better but calls you a geek

Mocks and taunts to push you around
When it's all a gimmick
To test your limits

The person that stands and bothers you
Making it their decreed
To see you succeed

They'll keep at it and never stop to push
All the same thinking you some kind of wuss

Are they your enemy or friend in disguise?
They're worth someone to visualize

In the end of it all, they make it their decreed
To see you succeed and become your best
To be higher than all of the rest

In the end of it all, they shake your hand
And never stay the same
Saying "Good Game"

I enjoyed this but only got a real picture of the scene on the last line so perhaps working in the meaning early would be more enjoyable but perhaps that's because I like to see a picture in my poems rather than just words.

But nonetheless keep up the good work. I'd love to see you trying a new genre I think you could do some great things with it.

Regards
Gary
