Valued contributors on The Writers Circle

These are the most valued contributors on The Writers Circle, based on the number of articles posted and the amount of feedback that they have given. We particularly value those people that provide a large amount of feedback, because this is what The Writers Circle is all about!

As an added incentive for authors to provide feedback, valued contributors with a feedback score (not total score) of 20 or more are entitled (at Rowland's discretion) to download a copy of Rowland's excellent writing guide "A simple guide to help you through the complicated maze of writing protocols" which ordinarily retails for £5.00.

To claim your free copy please contact Rowland once you have a sufficient feedback score.

I wanted to share my life experience through
storytelling, to write with feelings that
are palpable and appreciated by the readers,
and to have fun doing it.

I am a 12-year-old and I write for everyone,
kids and adults alike; my dream is to win
a world-wide literary award. Please comment
on my writing; I like to know what people
think. I really appreciate constructive criticism.
My real name is not actually Audrey Hepburn,
but I am a fan of hers and you can call me
Audrey.
I love animals, and have 2 cats and a West
Highland White Terrier named Angus (see the
picture at left). My poem "Belly Rub"
is one of the many poems I write for him.
Reading is one of my favourite things to do.
Some of my favourite authors are: Helen Dunmore,
Cornelia Funke, Madeleine L'Engle, Bernice
Thurman Hunter, Scott Westerfield and Ellen
Klages.
My writing is posted in several other places...
WeBook, Inkpop, and Protagonize all under
the same pen-name (audreyhepburn) . I have
also had my writing published once in an anthology
(my essay "A Caring Example" was
the essay published).

UPDATE:
I am currently working on a novel and am very
busy at school, so I might not be on very
often. I will try to post chapters of the
novel, though!

I will try to get on as often as I can to
read and critique everyone's work!

A dedicated writer who holds future ambitions
for modest greatness. Currently completing
the final editing of my first full length
novel. Fingers crossed that it's good enough.

All constructive criticism welcome.

lucky enough to make one the other **

Hi! I'm taylorswift97. I love to write - especially
poetry, although I also like to write fictional
stories. Along with flowers, I enjoy drawing
and painting birds, and other things in nature
like butterflies and sunsets for example.
Playing the piano is another hobby of mine,
and has been since I turned 7. Learning songs
by ear is something you can often find me
doing in my free time. I am also learning
how to play the guitar, and with the school
music program, the clarinet. Photography is
another one of my interests, except it isn't
something I do as often as I'd like to. I
am also a big fan of animals, and have a pet
dog (the one on the right in my picture).
I pretty much like every animal. Dolphins,
panda bears, giraffes, horses - you name it.

Please take a look at my writing. One of my
essays "An Act of Kindness a Day Keeps
Pollution Away" is published in a book!
Thanks for visitng my page!

I'm a young stay-at-home mother. Thank God,
I have a wonderful husband (who is very supportive
of my writing) and three wonderful children
(not so much). I like to read and write historical
fiction, especially about the Jewish experience
in ancient Rome. I dabble in poetry, but my
long-term project - my novel - is my main
focus. Happy reading - and happy writing!

The Universe or Nothing

Arms outstretched
reaching something nothing
lightning tingling
fingers pointing
toward the edgeless Outer Limits
Straddling the blur
so thin
so infinitesimal
so taut
a tightrope
Forces fighting
tugging
tearing me apart
jockeying for the center
truth vs lie
good vs evil
virtue vs sin
freedom vs slavery
order vs chaos
simplicity vs complexity
friend vs foe
love vs hate
life vs death
1 vs 0
The Universe or Nothing

The edge is in between
All live in the edge . . .

I'm seventeen and I like words because you
can do what the hell you like with them. Mostly
I write poetry, though I'd like to write more
short stories when I find the time.

I'm an avid reader who gets lost in the world
of books. My poetry tends to be a stream
of consciousness running along the pulse of
emotion. I'd like to try new things but as
always its finding the time and the desire!

Hello . I like to write for pleasure . Sketches,
Stories, poems anything . I hope my sense of
humour shines through in what I do.Even if
it's dark sometimes-and although humour is
a part of what I like to do , I shouldn't
limit myself to that. Can't always be the clown.

I started writing and get published since
I was 19 but my work are business in nature
(business articles, industry and country reports)
but I thought of joining this circle because
I want to try something new, something that
will let me use my emotions and imagination,
something that will provide rest to my tired
mind. I am excited to join as I think I will
be meeting new friends here. Hope to have
great time with you all.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
who is passionate about writing Contemporary
Christian lyrics and poems. I also love horses
because of their wonderful spiritual nature.
I would say that I own a horse...but to more
accurately describe it... I am my horse's
person.

Hello! I am a young fantasy writer with serious
ambitions. I write as a kid, for kids. My

getting published. I've written two books

I enjoy reading tremendously, an always carry
a journal with me. I've developed a collection
of them, actually...I think I have twenty
journals in my closet now...moving on...I
am also the president of Writers Circle at
my school.
My hobbies: (From strange to normal)
Cryptology, creating mazes, jewelry designing,
writing, reading, dreaming
